Preparation of files

Documents can be in any format supported by MS Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Reader (pdf), as well as scans, photos of documents (.jpg, .png, etc.).

STEP 02
Sending an email

Please send the prepared documents to be translated to the email address office@bigletter.at. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Language combination
  • Whether the translation is to be standard or sworn
  • Completion date (if required)
STEP 03
Quotation preparation

Based on the email we receive, we will prepare a translation quotation for you. If there are any ambiguities, we will send you an email to clarify these issues.

STEP 04
Sending the quotation

Once everything is clear, we will send you a binding quotation. In the quotation you will find the final price, the completion date and any additional terms and conditions of the job.

STEP 05
Your decision

All you have to do now is order the translation. If you have any questions at this stage, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help.

STEP 06
Our order confirmation

Once you have accepted our quotation, we will send you an email confirming that the translation has been accepted for completion.

The best way to start is to call us on +43 676 7800857.  Once we have received a brief description of the event, we will let you know if we can help.

STEP 02
Sending an email

We will then ask you to send us the following information:

  • Type of interpreting – consecutive, simultaneous, other
  • Language combination
  • Number of interpreters required
  • Whether interpreting equipment is required: e.g. booths, headsets, sound system
  • Date of event, number of hours
  • Subject
STEP 03
Quotation preparation

Based on the email we receive, we will prepare an interpretation quotation for you. If there are any ambiguities, we will send you an email to clarify these issues.

STEP 04
Sending the quotation

Once everything is clear, we will send you a binding quotation. In the quotation you will find the final price, the completion date and any additional terms and conditions of the job.

Your decision
