I was born in Gdynia in 1980. I graduated from the Management and Economic Faculty at the Gdańsk University of Technology. Caring for the overall image of the company is what makes me happy. Each envelope design, each file design, changes to the concept of the web site or each marketing action makes me feel fulfilled.
My other passion is contact with Customers and attracting them to using our services. I like contacts with Customers, establishing business relations, have a say at the beginning of cooperation. Whenever a new Customer asks us for help, I am happy that we can stand out among our competitors. This is what I care most about.
I was born in Gdańsk in 1978. I graduated from the Management and Economic Faculty at the Gdańsk University of Technology. Afterwards, I completed post-graduate studies in HR Management at the University of Gdańsk.
Languages have always been my passion. I studies Russian in primary school, English has accompanied me since childhood and I was trying to plunge into German when at the university. In translation business I have been since 2004; at the beginning of 2010 I set up my own business – BigLetter.
It is my great pleasure to offer top quality services to our Customers. Being responsible for the business, I treat each order very personally and I totally focused on Customers’ satisfaction. I am happy when Customers entrust their translation jobs to us with full confidence. Then I know that we have been doing our job well.
On the other hand, I like to stay in touch with languages and meet translators who are really exceptional people. Their work is very complex and I think that it continues to be insufficiently appreciated. I am happy that due to the services offered by BigLetter, the awareness of the complexity of translation processes has been growing.
